Cats shed but your best bet would be to get domestic shorthair.

Hairless ones are expensive from what I hear. I thi you sould get a manx cat. They have no tails its so cute

Cats breeds with almost no hair but dont brush them daily they sometimes still will love it and it will get hairballs as well if you back.
